Rainer earned a BS in Finance and Economics (Honors) in 1998 and a Masters of Science in Real Estate and Urban Analysis (minor in
Building Construction) from The University of Florida in 2005.
Rainer spent six years with The General Electric Company in finance leadership assignments in seventeen businesses (including GE Real Estate) in four continents and earned six sigma black belt designation.
Rainer spent four years as Development Manager in a variety of projects including Office/Warehouse Condominiums (Contractors Business Parks – a development by Taurus Investment Holdings), and Office and Mixed-Use Projects (Projects include Lake Shore Plaza II, first multi-tenant speculative office LEED pre-certified in Broward County, and Pembroke Pines City Center).
Responsibilities included all aspects of commercial real estate development projects including financial feasibility, acquisitions, design, entitlements, permitting, construction, marketing, leasing, property management, and disposition. Rainer is also a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and a graduate of Dale Carnegie public speaking and human relationship courses. Rainer has been with Fresenius since 2015.
