Mr. Carreira is a real estate professional with over twenty years of experience developing highly profitable, award-winning, complex urban projects, including office, mixed-use, residential, retail, and educational properties. Mr. Carreira has a track record of success in managing dedicated project teams on multiple +$100 million projects and P&L of the development group. Mr. Carreira has developed more than 4 million square feet of ground-up real estate with an estimated value of approximately $2 billion, including major, high-profile developments. Mr. Carreira has been instrumental in realizing returns to investors that consistently exceeded an IRR of 30%. Mr. Carreira leads design teams, obtains entitlements, manages the leasing team, supervises construction managers, and provides asset management from initial feasibility stages through stabilization for institutional quality, best-in-class projects. In addition, Mr. Carreira directs financial aspects of projects, including construction financing, project draws, communication with JV partners and project reporting.
