Rachel Walz joined Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office in 2015. Walz advises clients on the disposition and acquisition of single and multi-tenant net leased assets throughout the United States. She has become an essential part of the team focusing on deal execution, business development and transaction management. With an extensive analytical background, Walz effectively adds value and produces results for her clients.
Prior to working for SJC, Walz worked as an Associate in DTZ’s Chicago office, where she focused on tenant representation and executed transactions totaling more than 1.3M SF for office clients valued at over $15M. Prior to working for DTZ, she worked in Oklahoma City as an Accountant for Chesapeake Energy. Walz also interned with Goldman Sachs and ACCO Brands in Financial Planning and Analysis.
