Rachel Peck joined Entre in February 2020 and brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate corporate services, lease negotiations, and asset management. Throughout her career she has developed and maintained solid tenant/buyer and landlord/seller relationships. Rachel’s commitment to servicing her clients’ requirements is far beyond the standards of fiduciary responsibility and she strives to facilitate her clients’ needs from start to finish of a transaction with a seamless positive outcome.
In 2021 Rachel was elevated to President of Entre Property Management LLC (EPM), which is Entre’s property management company. EPM provides property and asset management services to a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties for both institutional and private investor clients.
Prior to joining Entre, Rachel served as Director of Asset Management for ML Realty Partners where she oversaw an industrial portfolio comprised of 15 million square feet in both the Chicago and Dallas markets. She handled all lease negotiations, lease renewals, tenant improvement projects, and maintained positive tenant relationships. Prior to joining ML Realty she worked for both Sears Holdings Corporation as an asset manager for a 56 million square foot industrial/retail national portfolio as well as for Colliers International in property management.
