A Tennessee native, Rachel grew up learning about real estate literally from the ground up with her Contractor dad and Realtor mom while developing longstanding respect for the industry both as a trade and a profession. Seeking greater knowledge of real estate from the development realm, she pursued her master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning in post-Katrina New Orleans, specializing in Housing, Community & Economic Development, and Land Use Planning. Her postgraduate work experience as a City Planner with the New Orleans Planning Commission and Design Advisory Committee effectively consummated her passion for both residential and commercial development required for the ultimate revitalization of our communities. Ready to put down roots, she returned to Tennessee and declared Nashville home. To date, the culmination of her educational background, work, and life experience has furnished her with a unique set of skills to provide exceptional representation for buyers and sellers alike in this booming, fast-paced market.
