Rachael Anderer is ORION’s office administrator and researcher. She addresses broker and office requests, and assists the marketing team where needed. Rachael handles office activities and operations to maintain efficiency, assists with re-occurring reports, conducts research for the firm, answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate individuals, keeps stock of office supplies and places orders, sorts incoming and outgoing mail, and maintains a professional office environment. Rachael’s optimism, attention to detail, organization, and excellent communication skills are all contributing factors to the Company.
Rachael currently resides in South Scottsdale. She plans to enhance her administrative skills and learn the “ins and outs” of the commercial real estate industry through her position at ORION.
