PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
R.A. Herrington is a Senior Vice President of the Corporate Advisory Group with a broad base of commercial real estate experience having served as both a Sales Professional and Manager of the brokerage and property management services office of CB Richard Ellis, St. Louis. Mr. Herrington has coordinated, managed and delivered service to corporate clients on both a local and multi-market basis.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Herrington has been a member of CB Richard Ellis since 1977. He was a Commercial Retail Sales Professional in our Kansas City office from 1977 through 1981. Prior to his move to St. Louis in 1982, he was involved in investment real estate acquisitions with a publicly registered Real Estate Investment Trust. He was Senior Vice President, Managing Officer and Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager in the St. Louis office from 1982 through 1996. Since then he has focused entirely upon the coordination and delivery of service to corporate clients ranging from Strategic Planning to Transaction Management. Mr. Herrington has been involved in the representation of many clients on both a local and national basis.
