Mr. R. Peter Giadla has been active in real estate business since 1997 and is a Principal / Managing Broker at SENECA Real Estate Group LLC (“SENECA”), a registered FINRA representative with RCX Capital Corporation (“RCX”), owner of Preferred Consulting, Inc., and a member / manager of various LLC entities.
Mr. Giadla began his real estate experience in 1997 as a consultant and an “in-house” broker with a Chicago commercial real estate development firm, Preferred Development, Inc., (“PD”), which continued thru 2012. During that time, Mr. Giadla managed dispositions of net lease retail properties for the company and worked extensively with third party buyers and sellers on meeting their 1031 exchange goals. More than $400M of net lease transactions throughout the country were facilitated by Mr. Giadla and more continue today. While at PD, Mr. Giadla also managed various build-to-suit (“BTS”) development projects in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, & Ohio, with nationally recognized clients such as Walgreens, LaSalle/Bank of America, Sherwin Williams, Starbucks, etc. on meeting their development objectives. To date, he has assisted with over 70 retail projects with overwhelming concentration on Walgreen BTS work. Most recently, Mr. Giadla completed development of a new Walgreens Drug Store in Burbank, IL.
In October of 2012, Mr. Giadla join forces with former members of PD team and formed SENECA where he is the Managing Broker and heads up the Investment Sales division. SENECA is a full service real estate advisory company formed through the confluence of Preferred Development with concentration on commercial tenant and landlord lease representation and investment sales.
In 2014, Mr. Giadla became a licensed representative with RCX Capital Group (“RCX”), a Texas based Broker Dealer, in the Direct Participation Program which allows him to offer additional investment options for many cash investors and 1031 exchange buyers. Thru RCX he is able to offer a high profile investment opportunities to investors looking for passive long term investments with no management involvement by subscribing to and purchasing fractional beneficial interests in a variety of Delaware Statutory Trusts (“ DST’s”), offered/sponsored by one of the largest and reputable real estate operators in the country, Inland Private Capital Corporation.
Mr. Giadla is a graduate of the Loyola University of Chicago, where he received his Business Degrees in Finance and Economics. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of FINRA, and a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker.
He lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two sons.
