Eddie has been active in the Commercial Real Estate business in Raleigh and throughout NC since 1983. He holds both North and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses. Eddie is Past President and Director of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (Raleigh, Durham, & Chapel Hill, NC) and is past President of the Wake County Apartment Association. He is past Chairman of The Independent Rental Owners Council and a member of the Board of Directors of the Triangle Apartment Association. Coleman was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1988. Eddie is Broker in Charge of our Raleigh office and provides advisory and site acquisition services for numerous retailers, businesses and investors.
