Over 20 years extensive background spanning real estate brokerage, residential finance, property management, and construction management. I am well versed in executing client priorities on tight deadlines under demanding market conditions and brings a wealth of experience and a big heart to serve my clients whether they are looking for their first home or an estate.
After graduating from San Jose State University as a software programmer, I have worked for Fortune 50 big tech companies burnishing my managerial and analytical skills. Then I discovered my true passion in real estate and realized how much I love working with clients. I operated my own mortgage company to help people own a home in a difficult lending market. I was soon sought after due to my ability to underwrite loans that are hard to finance, in the process helping hundreds of first time home buyers achieve their dreams of owning a home. In addition to assisting investors to build their portfolios, I am also a successful investor herself.
A natural-born go-getter, I strive my hardest to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. Having had significant experience on both the buy and sell sides as well as a deep understanding of the mortgage and escrow process, I expertly solve difficult real estate problems whether it’s a contract issue or a building surprise.
