Price is an invaluable and critical part of the success of Hughes Commercial Properties.
A graduate of the University of the South, Price joined HCP in 2003 in leasing and brokerage, but soon found his true calling in development.
Jackson Hughes noticed something special in Price, and his responsibilities grew at almost breakneck speed.
Indeed, Price’s breadth of knowledge is such that he now sees projects through from start to finish, from the inception of the deal to disposition and stabilization. Price understands the worlds of land acquisition, planning, design, construction management and virtually every other aspect of the development process.
He has helped develop many retail projects and office buildings throughout the Southeastern region and the country.
Additionally, Price is the head of operations for HCP.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, is married with three children and loves to hunt and fish.
