Pibu Aulakh is a Director with Newmark based in the Tampa office. Aulakh assists in all aspects of the deal process including valuation, underwriting, financial modeling, market research and due diligence coordination for the company’s transactions. Prior to joining Newmark, Aulakh was a Senior Financial Analyst for Marcus & Millichap (M&M). He led the financial analysis, market research, and BOV creation process for the firm’s clients. For this undertaking, he valued over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate properties. Prior to joining M&M, Aulakh was an investment analyst for Morni Properties, LLP where he valued over $500 million in commercial real estate properties. Aulakh earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and real estate from the Schulich School of Business, a top-tier business school in Canada. In addition, he has successfully completed the CFA Level I & Level II examinations. Through this educational background, Aulakh has attained a substantial wealth of knowledge in asset valuation, market research, portfolio management and global economics.
