With over 28 years of experience in multifamily, retail, and commercial property management, Ms. Greene directs and supervises all aspects of Engel’s multifamily portfolio with properties located in various markets that include Alabama (Birmingham, Dothan, Homewood, Huntsville, Muscle Shoals, and Prattville), Florida (Fort Walton Beach and Jacksonville), and Indiana (Indianapolis). Ms. Greene’s responsibilities include owner relations, guiding operational procedures, developing operational budgets including capital improvement programs, performing acquisition due diligence, creating and enhancing value in managed assets, reporting to investors, team building, mentoring property managers and support staff as well as employee recruitment, training, portfolio marketing, market assessment, property acquisition/disposition, and site management.
Ms. Greene holds the designation of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the Birmingham Apartment Association, Alabama Apartment Association, as well as the National Apartment Association.
