Before becoming a licensed agent in Texas, Phil bought, sold, and invested in properties in Nevada and Belize, learning how to capitalize on market trends for optimal return while cultivating a vast personal and professional network. He also founded and co-owned a successful bicycle shop in Las Vegas that specialized in sales, repairs, rentals, and tours. Due to Phil’s commitment to delivering impeccable customer attention, this thriving enterprise was named among the “Top 10 Bike Shops in Nevada” and is still a thriving enterprise.
Phil is most proud of his 21 years in law enforcement where he served as a corrections officer, police officer, field training officer, undercover detective, and homicide investigator. Able to keep a cool head in any situation, he has received advanced training in negotiations, interviewing and interrogation. Staying healthy is important to Phil, who is a Masters State Champion Track Cyclist and Texas State Champion Powerlifter and current record holder.
