Phillip McNeill, Sr.Phillip McNeill is owner of McNeill Commercial Real Estate, LLC since 1977, a real estate investment and brokerage company with interests in hotels, health care, retail, office, residential and industrial properties. Mr. McNeill was also a partner in Chartwell Hospitality, a developer and manager of hotels. From 1963 to 1977, he served in various capacities, including President and CEO, with Schumacher Mortgage Company, Inc., a subsidiary of Time, Inc. From the inception in 1994, until the sale in 2007 to Goldman-Sachs, McNeill was Founder, Chairman and CEO of Equity Inns, Inc., a NYSE company.
