Bio
Phil founded his first company, an advanced placement test prep and publishing company at the age of 17, successfully selling to a public company three years later. In the fifteen years since then, he has fone ont o start 3 more businesses that span from education to real estate. In 2012, he relocated to Cambridge, Massachusettes to pursue his academic goals and complete his degree in Government and in 2013 became an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Harvard Business School Innovation Lab, and the same year was a finalist in the prestigious President's Challenge business plan contest, landing him an invitation to present his business at the White House.

At the Pelican Company, Phil manages the company's real estate acquisitions and operations. He moved from Southern California to Tucson full-time in October of 2016 and is an active member at the La Paloma Country Club and The Gallery Country Club
