During the course of his real estate career, Phil has had substantial interaction with individual investors, corporations, lessees, Landlords, management companies and contruction companies. Transactions have ranged from negotiating leases with extensive TI allowances to analysing the financial feasibility or and acquisition, development or sale of assets.
As a result of Phil's experience in both real estate and as a BUilding Access Manager for a major telecommunications firm in Orange County, CA, he has developed a diversified background in brokerage, leasing, property management construction, site selection and contract compliance issues.
