Bio
Philippe Beau holds a Business degree (major in statistics) from the University of Bordeaux (France). He moved to Florida in 1984, and obtained a Bachelor's degree from Eckerd College, a Master's in Management from the University of Phoenix, and a PhD in organizational/Industrial Psychology from Preston University. Philippe also holds a CRED Certificate from USF (Community Real Estate Development). He now teaches business courses in his own institute at St Petersburg College, and provides conferences in Urban Planning at USF. Philippe's professional experience encompasses managing the Market Research Department for a large European home builder in the 1980s, to managing his own construction company in Florida in the 1990s, to creating his own land planning consulting company in the 2000s, and becoming a Commercial agent with Klein & Heuchan in 2009. Philippe is well integrated in the community. He received the Irving G. Foster award for academic excellence at Eckerd College, served for 3 years on the City of Safety Harbor's Downtown Redevelopment Board. He received the 1998 Florida's Best Urban Redevelopment Project Award for the design and completion of a mixed-used project downtown Dunedin, FL, and was on the Land Trust Advising Board for Pinellas county in 2006, and on the Advising Committee for Form-Based code in the city of Dunedin in 2015, and a director at the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce for 9 years. Philippe lends his expertise to his Klein and Heuchan's clients in terms of Commercial Property sales, Land acquisitions, Entitlements and Development, as well as Property and Association Management services. He also holds a Florida CMA license.
