Philip joined NorthMarq in late 2018 when his team of six came to the company from Transwestern. He specializes in providing multifamily property disposition services to clients throughout Dallas-Fort Worth market, serving as a point of contact to a variety of institutional and private clients.
The Dallas Multifamily Investment Sales team, which has grown to ten, has consistently been NorthMarq’s top-performing sales team and is ranked as one of the top multifamily brokers nationally, selling nearly 100,000 apartment units valued at nearly $5 billion since 2014. They are also recognized as a market leader for workforce housing in DFW/surrounding markets.
During his 11 years with Transwestern, Philip worked as a financial analyst, associate, and then broker on the leading Dallas multifamily investment sales teams in the market. He is a graduate of Baylor University.
