Philip is with JLL as executive vice president. Philip was with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. for 21 years after six years at a downtown Toronto boutique real estate firm specializing in commercial sales and leasing. Philip has led in the marketing of major commercial complexes and developments. Philip’s vast experience in the retail and development business has been instrumental in winning national accounts. His enthusiasm, drive and understanding of commercial tenants have proven to be a valued asset to his clients. Philip has specialized in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties in The Greater Toronto Area.
Philip was responsible for the sale of over $180 Million Dollars in Toronto real estate in the last 24 months. He holds a degree from the University of Toronto in Urban Geography and Economics and regularly attends Commercial Real Estate Network (Corenet) functions and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (I.C.S.C.).
