Bio
hilip Gudwin is a native of Brooklyn, New York. He attended Brooklyn College and Brooklyn Museum School of Art and worked as a sculptor-artist and freelance photographer before moving to Santa Fe in 1978. His photographs have been published in a number of books and magazines. Philip began his commercial real estate career in Manhattan and continued working in the field when he moved to Santa Fe in 1978. In addition to managing and brokering real estate, Philip Gudwin developed a number of commercial projects in Santa Fe, and was co-owner of French & French Fine Properties from 1995-2002. He has been an active member of the Realtors Association of New Mexico, serving on the government affairs committee, and has also served on the professional standards committee of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. When not servicing his real estate clients, Philip enjoys spending time with his wife, Barbara, and their two daughters, Sari and Ariel. As for recreation, Philip is an avid golfer and fly-fisherman.
