Philip started selling real estate in South Florida in 1990 with a focus in the luxury market and has been an active force in the industry ever since.
In 1996 Philip became the Managing Broker of LenCor International Properties, the Christies Great Estates affiliate for Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. During his tenure with LenCor he sold to Leona Helmsley the “Off Market” 16-19 Star Island Drive 4 acre parcel of land for $13,000,000 and then 1 year later resold it for her when she decided not to build her Florida home to next door neighbor Phillip & Patricia Frost for $13,750,000.
Keeping Star Island in his sights when Vladislav Doronin began looking for his Miami estate, Philip focused on the opportunity of 26 Star Island Drive successfully negotiated the sale for him to acquire the Shaquille O’Neal compound for $16,000,000.
He has held previous positions as Sales Director, and was Regional Director of Sales for Premier Sales Group overseeing projects from Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale to Miami and Director of Sales of the Brazilian Court Hotel and Condominium from 2003 to 2006 where he achieved record prices of $1,600 per square foot on Palm Beach Island.
He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing behind a push to bring W Hotels to Las Vegas where his team contributed over $750 million in sales. In addition, Philip has proven himself in the fractional ownership model selling 20 percent of a proposed project in Miami known as Island Gardens featuring the first mega yacht marina in Miami to accommodate yachts more than 400 feet.
Since the onset of his career, Philip has been making waves. He served as the Senior Vice President, Sales, and Marketing for The World of ResidenSea, which featured 110 onboard residences. During this venture, he traveled around the world to bring the ship to market opening sales offices and recruiting sales agents in London, Beverly Hills, New York, Monte Carlo, and Miami.
More recently, Philip served as the Director of Sales for $400 million sellout of the iconic structure Grove at Grand Bay designed by Bjarke Ingels.
Philip joined Douglas Elliman as the Executive Sales Director for the Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach brought to market by Lionheart Capital and designed by the prolific architect Piero Lissoni. Sales efforts completed with a complete sellout of the 110 condominium residences and 15 Single Family Villas.
Currently Philip is leading the sales team as Director of Sales at The Perigon Miami Beach, seventy-three residences located at 5333 Collins Avenue, designed by OMA - Pritzker Design Architect Winner, Tara Bernerd & Partners and Gustafsen, Porter & Bowman. Priced from $4mm to over $45mm the luxury of living on the sand in Miami Beach has never had such a beautiful property to call home.
His passion for the luxury real estate market and developments has led him to oversee more than $4 billion worth of sales.
