As Managing Partner in Boyle Investment Company’s Nashville office, Fawcett is primarily responsible for overseeing the Nashville office and development activities for the Nashville area.
Fawcett is a seasoned real estate veteran who was formerly with the Trammell Crow Company, where he served as the principal manager for the retail division, and was responsible for the management, leasing, and brokerage operations for the state of Tennessee. He was also responsible for the development and redevelopment of shopping centers throughout the state. Fawcett and Jeff Haynes opened the Boyle Nashville office in 2001, and Fawcett has since been responsible for the development of new projects, as well as the oversight of the Boyle Nashville retail properties, which totals over 800,000 SF. Fawcett also directs the planning, zoning, and entitlements for new projects in Middle Tennessee. His vast knowledge and experience in all facets of the shopping center industry have allowed him to create unique solutions for retail clients and customers throughout the Unites States. Currently, Fawcett is working closely with city officials throughout Middle Tennessee to facilitate development activities throughout the area. Fawcett directs the planning, zoning and development of the Berry Farms property, a 602-acre mixed-use development that will include 1.7M SF of retail space, 3M SF of office space, and 1,146 residential units when complete.
