He has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, and property management. This experience allows Phil to address a client needs with expertise and professionalism.
A favorite activity of Phil's is to visit a tenant or landlords place of business. He enjoys understanding a client’s business and see how it relates to their real estate needs.
Phil is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a designation of excellence in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
As an industrial real estate advisor, Phil is familiar with most industrial properties located in South King County. He has spent his career focusing on business relationships through-out the Kent Valley, including South Seattle, SeaTac, Federal Way, Fife, Auburn, and Puyallup.
