Phil is NAI Skyway's Vice President in the Industrial, Office, and Land Transaction Service focused on representing landlords and investors with leasing, sales and acquisitions of commercial real estate. He brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience from Brokerage Services, Property Management to Marketing & Research.
Prior to joining NAI Skyway, Phil was a Senior Director at Andretta Properties. During his 8 years with Andretta Properties, Phil partnered with Jack Brubaker, one of the most experienced and respected agents in the State of Florida. While at Andretta Properties, Phil was involved in over 200 commercial real estate transactions including industrial and office leasing, sales and acquisitions.
Phil served as an active duty paratrooper in the United States Army from 1989 – 1993. From 1990 – 1991, Phil served in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia and Iraq. He was awarded several medals including the Army Commendation Medal for his service during Operation Desert Storm.
Phil graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
