Unlike the typical Realtor, Phil doesn't spend hours every day cold calling and mass marketing. He spends ALL his time taking care of his clients with the simple goal that if he sets expectations and exceeds them, his clients might tell their loved ones about him.
Now, over 10 years into the business, Phil finds that it's not the selling of houses but the building of incredible relationships with amazing people that gets him to the office every day. He is held to a different standard because of the network he has built of hundreds of interconnected families and businesses that need a trusted advisor.
After High School, he enlisted in the ARMY and served 4 years active duty with the 10th Mountain Division. He deployed to Afghanistan during OEF 7, where he was stationed at Bagram Air Base and also spent 3 months in Pakistan. During this time, he purchased his first investment property at the age of 19 and that is what sparked his interest in a career in Real estate. In 2008, he decided it might be a good idea to join the ARMY Reserves so he could pursue a full time career in Real Estate while he started his degree in Organizational Management from RWCI using his GI Bill.
