Phil Di Ruggiero is the License Partner of Engel & Völkers Washington DC, an international luxury real estate brokerage. Prior to joining the brand, he ran a boutique brokerage in Washington DC for 11 years. Since 2004 he has been a full-time agent in DC specializing in luxury homes, new construction sales, and multi-unit sales. He represents real estate developers in acquisitions of land for development and first-time home buyers alike. He has lead real estate teams, and regularly speaks at conferences and industry events. Phil is a cum laude graduate of The George Washington University where he studied sociology. He has lived in the Eckington, Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, Columbia Heights, Park View, Petworth, and Barnaby Woods Neighborhoods of Washington DC. Phil has a passion for motorsports and frequently drives at Porsche Club of America events at the finest racetracks on the US east coast. He is a world traveler is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
