I began my real estate career in 1978 in the private mortgage business primarily working with pension and profit sharing plans. In 1984 I became associated with Paul M. Zagaris, Inc. (now PMZ). I have a Brokers license and specialize in Commercial Real Estate, emphasizing Investment Properties and Leasing Activities. I have been a consistent Top Producer.
I am a life long Modesto resident having attended Davis High School, Modesto Junior College, the University of Nevada and after a brief stint in the Army National Guard graduating from Cal State Stanislaus with degree in Business Administration. I have been a member of the Modesto Downtown Rotary Club since 1971.
Prior to Real Estate I was in sales management for Burroughs Corporation and later the George W. Lucas Corporation.
