Peter H. B. Webster has been a Member of Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Community since 1987. During those 24 years, Webster has represented numerous corporate clients both locally and nationally in capacities including multi-market account management, international representation, build-to-suit, and tenant advocacy. Well known for his dedication to clients’ objectives and execution of their business strategies, Webster works to build relationships by providing results oriented services to his clients.
Webster has been a top producer for several local and national real estate organizations. Notable affiliations include nine years with CB Richard Ellis where he won the Distinguished Achievement Award for being the ”Rookie of the Year” and was promoted to the level of Vice President before being offered a position with The Staubach Company where he was charged with managing business development for the Atlanta Region. In recent years, Webster has been the founder of profitable start up commercial real estate brokerage companies including Advocate Commercial Real Estate.
Webster has been recognized six times by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for having completed a Top Twenty Five Office Deal of the Year. Webster has been appointed a Board position of Director for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and serves as the Chairman of the Forms Committee. He is a Phoenix Award winner and Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Peter’s vast experience and industry knowledge has afforded him the opportunity to form Davidson Webster Associates with partner Reid Davidson.
Webster is a Graduate of The University of Georgia’s Business School where he majored in Real Estate. Peter lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife Kate and their two daughters. He is a Past President of the HOA for his community, an avid golfer, has a passion for music, and is enjoying raising his family.
