Includes working with Balcor, First City, Trans-Metro, Burnside Construction, Pulte Homes and MI Homes prior to forming AlphaTerra Realty Capital, llc. Closed $50m in sales in 2023 including an 80 acre industrial site approved for a 1,000,000 sq. ft. warehouse distribution building, a 38 acre apartment site for 400 units, a 90,000 square foot office building on 13 acres of land, a 40 acre residential development for 75 single family homes.
