Peter G. Tilden, CCIM
Peter G. Tilden is Vice President Brokerage for Nordblom CORFAC International, Inc. Mr. Tilden is responsible for tenant-client representation, the leasing and selling of commercial properties, contract negotiations, implementation of marketing programs and research and market analysis for clients.
Mr. Tilden has 20 years of real estate experience with an emphasis on client representation and sales and leasing of commercial real estate. He has been involved in numerous lease and sales transactions ranging in size from the 12,000 square foot Prudential Securities lease at Van de Graff Drive in Burlington to the 360,000 square foot lease with Gould Inc. at Brickstone North in Andover.
Before joining Nordblom in 2005, Mr.Tilden was the principal broker at Oxbow Realty Services from 1995 to 2005, where he leased and/or sold property worth in excess of $50 million. He has negotiated in excess of 100 lease contracts, amendments and renewals. Prior to Oxbow, Mr. Tilden was a broker in the suburban division of Whittier Partners, now CB Richard Ellis.
Mr. Tilden is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has done post-graduate work at Harvard University School of Design and holds the CCIM designation form the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in Chicago, Illinois. He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Mr. Tilden lives in Belmont with his wife and two children.
