Peter Moreo has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years specializing in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate in the Brooklyn, Queens, and the Metropolitan New York areas.
His recent transactions include the sale of 150,000-SF warehouse in East NY, a 140,000 SF factory in College Point, Queens and the rental of a 20,000 SF warehouse in Long Island City, Queens.
Additional corporate customers include: NCR, Exxon, Consolidated Edison, Co.,
Artkraft Strauss Sign Company, and the New York City Police Department. Peter’s clients also include a full array of small businesses in industries ranging from picture frame manufacturers to motion picture equipment rental services to national limousine companies.
Mr. Moreo, a native New Yorker, currently resides in Valley Stream, NY and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University.
