Peter Miller continues to be amongst the top 1% of all realtors nationwide and holds the distinction of being the Overall Top Company Producer. He has been the top company producer at a local brokerage firm in six of the ten years affiliated with that firm. In addition, Peter holds the highest honor category award levels with his current firm of which he is a minority interest holder and also serves as the Director of The Productivity Group in the office. He is responsible for the direction and growth of the newly licensed agents in the company.
During the past fifteen years Peter has focused on his client base and the acquisition of land development, assisting through entitlement, assisting with interior design finishes, developing and implementing the marketing programs, and being on site in the sales process through the successful completion of the development and tract. He is well known through the Southern California Marketplace, and has also consulted on out of the area market strategies for the implementation of new home development as well.
To date, Peter has successfully taken from start to finish sixteen developments ranging from four detached homes to a condominium conversion project of 100 units. This is a niche that very few realtors, let alone brokers, understand as it requires to work daily with the developer client and constantly give insight, information, and guidance to the ever changing real estate market. This is where Peter’s expertise and knowledge help for the developers on all of his projects to realize the highest priced unit sales in their areas and also the ability to close out a tract development in the shortest period of time.
