Bio
Peter Michaels is a Vice President for Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In his role as Vice President, Peter supports the firm’s Principals in the acquisition, disposition, and operation of commercial real estate assets across Florida, the Southeast U.S., and Texas. Additionally, he monitors and evaluates ongoing performance of the firm’s investments and business plan implementation, manages the reporting process with joint venture partners, and maintains internal financial models. Prior to joining Halstatt in 2017, Peter held roles in the residential real estate market in Florida including investment, property management, and sales. Originally from Gainesville, FL, Peter earned his BS in Business Management and MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Locally, he serves as an officer for the Urban Land Institute’s SW Florida Management Committee, David Lawrence Centers Advocates, and Young Professionals of Naples.
