I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2010, active since 2012, and full-time as an agent in 2014. My realty experience includes working with buyers and sellers in Windham, Columbia, Mansfield, and other eastern Connecticut communities. With several successful sales of multi-family properties, manufactured homes, and single-family homes, I have attained the range of experience to assist my clients in the achievement of their real estate goals.<br /><br />A community-proud and community-active person, I have been known in eastern Connecticut as a sports guy (hence my Facebook business page"Is Not Just The Sports Guy". I was a long-time teacher and sports coach in Tolland, a youth soccer coach, official, and club officer with Columbia Windham Soccer Alliance, a basketball and baseball coach in Willimantic, athletic director and soccer coach at Parish Hill Middle / High School, a college track coach at Eastern, and still an avid cyclist, runner, hiker, and soccer official -- and not a golfer. I also enjoy outdoor activities with clients who are also outdoor exercise enthusiasts, but will work with clients who are not so sports-minded as well!<br /><br />Recently, I earned the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification. The National Association of REALTORS® confers the MRP certification to REALTORS® who want to help military personnel (such as my son and his friends) and veterans find housing solutions that best meet their needs and allow them to take full advantage of their military benefits. When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables can make the transfer easier, faster and less stressful. REALTORS® who earn this certification know to work with active duty military buyers and sellers, as well as veterans.<br /><br />Combining my prior careers as an educator and coach with my continuing quest for improvement as a real estate agent, I feel I am an ideal real estate sales person aka realty coach. I am skilled in negotiating, calm under pressure, and knowledgeable about all aspects of a transaction. I also recognize the power of my Sentry teammates who support and educate each other in the constantly shifting climate of real estate sales.<br /><br />In coaching my clients through the challenging process of buying or selling property, I affirm my belief in the American dream of home ownership and my commitment to serving clients with the care and diligence they deserve in seeking to achieve their goals.
