Mr. Ladas is Executive Vice President of NJ brokerage and specializes within Multi-Media and Life Science industries based in Parsippany, New Jersey and New York City. Mr. Ladas responsibilities include new business development in both domestic and global markets focused in tenant representation, asset acquisition and disposition, relocations, market research, strategic and financial analysis, and lease negotiations.
Mr. Ladas has over 28 years of combined experience within real estate, finance and insurance industries. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011, Mr. Ladas was Vice President of New Business Development/ Regional Builder Manager for JPMorgan Chase.
Mr. Ladas has experience in tenant rep services for both acquisition and disposition in over 4,000,000 S.F. of transactions with a focus in multi- media companies and life science GMP manufacturing, R&D, and API manufacturing. Companies represented are Time Inc., Sunset Publishing Inc., Medidata, Merck, Boehringer Ingelheim, Purdue Pharma, The PF Laboratories, Sanofi and J&J.
Mr. Ladas is currently a team leader for a 500,000 S.F. requirement of a HQ and R&D relocation/ redeployment strategy which includes an integrated team approach with disciplines in location, portfolio optimization and labor strategic consulting, business and economic incentives, capital markets, project management, and transaction management.
Mr. Ladas received his BS degree in Finance from Rider University and currently a candidate for certifications within Commercial Real Estate and Global Markets at New York University. He is a member of New Jersey Biotechnology Council, Health Care Institute of NJ, New Jersey Association of Realtors, and an Executive Board member for his Parish Council.
