Bio
Peter earned a B. S. Business degree from St. Joseph's College, Rensselaer, Indiana and started in Real Estate in 1974. Additionally, he and his wife owned and operated the "Red Fox Roadhouse Restaurant" in Woodstock from 1975-1980 and I then collaborated with Inland Corporation in their Property Management Division.
The enjoyment he gets in Real Estate comes from working with everyone from the first-time buyer to the investor. When Peter is asked what he will be doing in five years, he hopes to still be involved in Real Estate, but at a slower pace and spending more time with his grandkids.
Peter’s enthusiasm for golf is followed by his enjoyment for traveling.
His family loves seeing America! His favorite vacation with his wife Barb was a two-week trip to Hawaii to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary.
Peter and is wife have two great daughters, Sara and Elizabeth who are married to two great guys and have blessed them with nine grandchildren, Doty, Ellie, Lexi, Maddie, Henry, Cicci, Peter, Frank, and Ada. His grandkids are his true serendipities, plus it gives him a chance to cultivate some more Green Bay Packer fans.
Being a lifetime resident of McHenry County, his favorite season is fall with its great colors. Peter enjoys being involved in the church in different capacities and love Woodstock for its location near Chicago and Milwaukee and for its small-town amenities.
Peter’s business philosophy is to be his client's "Real Estate Consultant For Life." He does this by treating all his clients as friends and in the way he would like to be treated. That philosophy has worked for him since 95% of his business comes from his long-time clients and from the referrals those clients (friends) continue to introduce me to.
