Peter joined the ENCOR Advisors team in 2021 as the Corporate Services lead, building on his ten years prior experience leading the Corporate Services portfolio for Devencore in Toronto. Prior to that, Peter had a successful track record working in corporate real estate roles at CIBC, Trammell Crow, Amerigroup and Capital One in both the United States and Canada. Peter has over thirty years of experience delivering high quality value-added services for commercial real estate projects for clients across North America.
Peter has utilized his Engineering and MBA background in achieving a proven track record as a leader and enabler of high performing teams in strategic multi-million-dollar projects. Peter is recognized as an implementer of best practices. He provides Canadian corporations with a single point of contact for a wide range of global corporate real estate services. Recently Peter has delivered Hybrid Workplace Strategies to organizations increasing the productive impact of their real assets while reducing their footprint. Peter is a Past President of CoreNet Global’s Canada Region, an association of corporate real estate professionals. He was recognized with CoreNet Global’s (Canada) Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014.
Outside of work, Peter loves to sail. He is a member and volunteer at Ashbridge’s Bay Yacht Club and enjoys sailing after work and on weekends in the summer. Most winter weekends will find Peter on the slopes at Ontario and Quebec ski resorts.
