Bio
Peter Hines is an Associate with TCC’s Boston team. In this role, Peter is focused primarily on the office’s industrial development projects, but also spends time on life science and office deals. His responsibilities include market research, screening opportunities, underwriting, as well as maintaining client and broker relationships.
Prior to joining TCC, Peter worked with Charter Development as an associate, where he assisted in the acquisition, financing, permitting, entitlement, implementation and disposition of remediated land sites and environmental fixed facilities. He previously worked with Equity Industrial Partners as an analyst and with 7Park Data as a sales executive.
He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned a B.A. in History.
