Peter heads up the retail agency department in the Leeds office. With over 25 years of experience in the retail market he deals with the acquisition and disposal of both in town and out of town shops, shopping centres and leisure units. This includes leasehold, freehold and investment property. He also acts for Developers and has extensive experience in putting development situations together from the initial site acquisition through to the eventual sale.
Landlord clients include Investment Funds, Property Companies, Private Investors and Developers. Over the years Peter has also acted for the majority of the principle High Street retailers in both acquisitions and disposals.
