Current responsibilities
Peter Harrison is responsible for representing office tenants in their search for the most suitable office location to serve their long term needs. For over thirty years Peter has represented Class A and B tenants in the South Florida market including Brickell, Downtown, Coral Gables, West Dade and frequently has represented users in the Broward and Palm Beach markets. Additionally many of the larger downtown and Brickell sites that have been developed into such projects as Brickell City Center, Met I, II and Wells Fargo Center and Espirito Santo Center were sold by Peter.
Peter was engaged by Cushman & Wakefield to open their South Florida offices and served as Managing Director for over 20 years. In this capacity he was also responsible for procuring business and, in so doing, he was the leading generator of commissions in the Southeast US on two occasions.
