Bio
Peter George joined the Encore Real Estate Investment Services team as an Associate Advisor in 2021. He specializes primarily on advising clients on retail investment sales and acquisitions across the country, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant properties. Peter conducts daily research to stay on top of all commercial investment trends as the market continues to shift. Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Michigan University graduating Summa Cum Laude. Upon graduation, Peter dove headfirst into the commercial real estate arena to gain hands-on experience.
Mr. George applied for an associate position at Encore REIS because he wanted to learn from veterans in the industry. When it came to underwriting investments and maintaining a pipeline of transactions, his business degree proved extremely valuable. Peter brings a level of excitement, energy, and determination to work each day – a quality difficult to find in many brokers. Peter can build a relationship of trust with his clients and in turn, they have come back to complete more transactions with him time and time again.
Peter works with institutions, REITs, investors, and private landlords. He’s listed properties ranging from big retailers to local, independently owned mom-and-pop shops. Mr. George is an excellent addition to the Encore team, as he is known for working tirelessly to achieve his client’s best interest.
