Peter Finn is the Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and a principal in the Syracuse office of CBRE. With approximately 25 years of experience in the field of commercial/ industrial real estate, Peter has consistently led the Syracuse office in total sales volume, number of transactions completed, and total commissions earned.
Peter’s primary focus of attention is the following: tenant (office) representation, sales/leasing of both office buildings and industrial facilities, and the selling of multi-family housing units. For approximately 10 years, Peter served as the Upstate New York Outreach Broker for Grubb & Ellis, and for over 20 years, Peter has served as the real estate consultant/advisor for St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center, the largest hospital in Central New York.
