Peter Cotsirilos has more than 25 years of expertise in owning and managing retail grocery stores and shopping centers in the Chicago area. Peter's clients at National Realty Network benefit from his experience as both a tenant and a landlord, and his ability to represent buyers and sellers in investment transactions.
Peter received his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.
After this, he successfully managed a 25,000-square-foot independent supermarket, later becoming one of its owners. Peter enjoyed the real estate aspects of this position and he also began to lease and manage more than 70,000 square feet of retail space.
Peter decided to sell his retail store and make the transition into commercial real estate. He worked with a large commercial real estate company for a number of years and became a top producer for that organization.
In addition to being a CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, Peter holds an Illinois real estate broker's license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He also sits on the board of Alternative Behavioral Treatment Centers, a not-for-profit organization helping abused and underprivileged children.
