Bio
Having over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Berg began his career with the tenant rep-only firm The Staubach Company where he was a Partner/Shareholder, perineal top performer, and frequent presenter at the national Staubach conference. Jones Lang LaSalle combined with Staubach Company, in which Peter then grew the Tenant Representation Division for 11 years. Peter has been recognized for excellence on the job with awards from the Washington Business Journal for “Deal of the Year” and by Costar Group as a DC area “Power Broker”.
After Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Peter grew the Tenant Representation Divisions at other firms, but the platforms and alignment of client interests were never as strong as the pure, tenant rep-only model. Desiring an unconflicted platform, Peter co-founded Clarefield Partners, and has been exclusively representing tenants in the Washington Metropolitan Area for the last 20 years before transitioning to the role of Managing Partner at Mohr Partners.
