Bio
Peter M. Belsito founded Strategic Retail Advisors (SRA) in Framingham, Massachusetts in 2001 as a retail real estate consulting and brokerage firm. It has since grown into a multi-disciplined retail services company providing tenant representation, build-to-suit, and project leasing services throughout New England, upstate New York, and beyond.
As a specialist in urban retail real estate, Peter provides consulting and brokerage services for many of Boston's most iconic retail flagships, including Apple, Equinox, J. Crew, GAP, Banana Republic, Talbots, Old Navy and Room & Board.
Peter and SRA’s expertise in project leasing and development is evident in several of the region’s major retail developments, including The Shops at Evergreen Walk, The Village at Colony Place and Patriot Place.
Prior to establishing SRA, Peter served as the business unit leader for Trammell Crow Company’s Retail Tenant Representation Group in Boston, MA. At TCC, Peter was chosen to represent GAP and their brands Old Navy, Banana Republic and Old Navy throughout New England during their aggressive growth and he continues to represent GAP and its stores today. Some of the other clients he and his team represent include Equinox Fitness, Soul Cycle, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and West Elm
A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Peter is a member of ICSC and past member of ULI.
