Mr. Wardlaw is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. He has been active in the commercial real estate business with Colliers Keenan Inc. since 1981. He has specialized in the sales arena, including "build-to-suit" commercial lots and buildings, as well as large and small tracts of land.
Mr. Wardlaw was a founder, partner and COB of Bay Brokerage Company, a three-state operation including South Carolina, North Carolina and Northern Georgia.
