Pete Villaescusa has over 28 years of experience in the retail commercial real estate market in the Greater Tucson area. During his tenure, Pete has completed well over 900 transactions including leasing, sales, and ground leases of commercial real estate. He has participated in tenant representation and has assisted a large number of users in their search for quality locations in Tucson and Southern Arizona.
