Pete McQuillen is our Team Manager and negotiation guru. Licensed in 2001 after a successful career with an international pharmaceutical company where he was their Quality Assurance Manager, Pete brings technical expertise to the Team, keeps our computers working and supervises time-line management for our escrows and listings. Pete sells all types of real estate and does the Teamâ??s listing follow-up. Pete is completing his Brokerâ??s courses and is a member of the El Dorado County Top Achievers Group.
Pete is a Master Gardner, an avid woodworker and shows in agility with his terrier, Weasley.
Today's real estate contract has time lines that are very exact. With my background in process management, I make sure that nothing "slips through the cracks" that could cause a problem.
