Bio
There’s a lot of uncertainty surrounding the office these days. Companies are wondering how much space they need, how to develop an effective hybrid model and how to create a workplace that fosters collaboration and innovation. They need someone who understands what’s best for their portfolio. As a broker specializing in occupier representation, I work with tenants, owner-users and investors to help them make informed real estate decisions for their business. Together, we’ll work through your questions and analyze your needs and finances to develop a solution that makes sense for you. On the tenant side, I guide companies of all sizes through the journey of finding the right office space to attract and retain talent, reinforce their culture and support their growth. From the very first question to the delivery of the space, I’ll be by your side to make sure your new office is not only a place to work, but also a place that inspires you. On the owner and investor sides, I facilitate negotiations to ensure you can get the maximum leverage possible. Having witnessed the ups and downs of the market since the start of my career, I know how to develop resilient strategies to weather long-term changes. In addition to my work as a commercial real estate broker, I have over a decade of experience as an owner and co-managing partner of a leading commercial interiors supply firm. These years building a successful company gave me insight into what’s important to business owners, and into the challenges they face as they grow or contract. I am also a real estate investor and own a few properties, so I always put myself in my clients’ shoes when making recommendations. Doing this has helped me earn my clients’ trust over the years and has given me a more holistic perspective of every deal I’m involved in. So I mean it when I say that the office is here to stay. It’s more important than ever for companies to invest in hubs where they can strengthen their culture, exchange ideas and have spontaneous conversations. The office isn’t the same as it was a few years ago, so contact me to create a gameplan for you and your company to successfully navigate the fastest changing period in commercial real estate's history.
